Welcome to 9th grade Physical Science!!
Wow! Where do I begin? We do so many things in 9th grade Physical Science. We study physics topics like motion, work and machines, and magnetism 1st semester. During 2nd semester, we study chemistry topics like the periodic table, substances, and chemical reactions. We also complete math and graph work in this class, so be sure to pay attention in your math class.
We are blessed to have a Smart board in this class and we use it frequently. We participate in demonstrations and lab activities. You get to really show what you are made of when completing your Science Project! (I have had some really amazing projects turned in that you will get to see.) This year, we will also work on your reading comprehension with Science magazines and articles.
